In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines, models, and machine learning solutions on the Azure and Fabric platforms. You will develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and advanced analytics tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production and optimize workflows.

Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to Delaware’s best practices. You will define strategies for scalable, secure data platforms using Azure, Fabric, and Databricks, and lead client workshops and technical direction across teams.

What will you be doing?

Designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines, models, and machine learning solutions on the Azure and Fabric platforms.
Developing interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and advanced analytics tools.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production and optimize workflows.
Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to Delaware’s best practices.
Defining strategies for scalable, secure data platforms using Azure, Fabric, and Databricks.
Leading and driving client workshops and technical direction across teams.

Is there a match?

5+ years' experience delivering enterprise-scale data/AI solutions.
Deep knowledge in SQL, Python, and Microsoft data tools.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to engage clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver results.
Data Engineering: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric. (Preferred)
Data Visualization: Experience with Power BI, DAX, M, and dimensional modeling (Kimball). (Preferred)
AI/ML: Familiarity with machine learning tools such as Azure ML, Fabric Notebooks, and Python-based ML frameworks. (Preferred)
