Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Support Consultant - Permanent

• Provide excellent support to Delaware’s CE and Power Platform customers,
• Responsible for delivering small/medium changes to existing clients
• Proactive involvement in resolving cases and delivering changes in a timely manner.
• Responding to requests and incidents within agreed SLAs
• Assist in deploying bug fixes and changes into customers’ environments through a formal change management process.
• Perform routine checks on customer environments and report any potential issues or opportunities to a senior member of the team.
• A commitment to continuous personal development and completion of relevant certifications
• Represent the business professionally and positively at all times.
• Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may be required from time to time.

Required:

• Strong D365 CE application knowledge
• Experience with Power Platform
• Understanding of D365 infrastructure, Solution Management, and Business Processes
• Customer-focused experience
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality solutions

Desired:

• Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, or other programming languages
• D365 certifications
• Ability to deliver small changes and optimizations
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Support desk environment experience
